The goal was to implement an informal networking dinner in a Niçois apartment, gathering both students and professionals around common interests.

The first dinner was dedicated to M&A, in the presence of Julien Rousselle, a M&A graduate analyst at Goldman Sachs in London. This was the occasion to talk about M&A deals rationales, investment banking internships, and even art and philosophy. Students even got the chance to have their CVs and cover letters checked. We were proud to see a high demand for this event, which we organized twice over the same week for about 60 students.

The second dinner welcomed Dr Cyril Demaria, Head of Private Markets at Wellershoff & Partners and lecturer at EDHEC Business School. Students were able to gain a great overview of the private equity market and practices, receive some direct career advice and personal development guidelines, as well as discover Dr Demaria’s career path around the dinner. More than 20 students attended this event.

The team is proud to have helped EDHEC students understand the finance industry a little better. The founder, Ines Mao, joined the Finance Master one month before organizing the first Finance Dinner. Having a very scarce knowledge about the finance industry, her goal was to learn as well as give back to fellow students through these dinners. In total, more than 80 students registered for each event, and we were proud to receive numerous good feedbacks on each event.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
